Mindful Practice: The Law of Attraction and How to Manifest Your Dreams

Hello Explorers,

I’m sure you’ve heard a lot of mumbo jumbo about the Law of Attraction and Manifestation. I’m sure you think that it is only coming from someone who “got lucky” in life and got what they wanted. One thing I do know is that you read this blog for a reason.

That reason being:

 You’re curious and you want this to work in your life.

Good news for you…it CAN!(gasp)

Lot’s of people will tell you incredible thing like their wildest fantasies and expectations have come true like magic.

But who is the magician behind this magic? How are you able to get exactly what you want?

Now, The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like. Whatever you put into the universe, you get back. Wether you believe this statement or not, the universe does what it wants, and if you are able to put yourself in line with it, you can predict what is going to happen to you. Just simply noticing how this Law of Attraction effects your life, changes your life.

How To Use The Law:

The brain stores negative emotions and negative experiences…when you let it. Now, I’m not telling you to omit all bad experiences, because that isn’t healthy. What I am going to tell you to do, though, is rewire your brain.

Yes, I said it.

REWIRE.

Make yourself hold onto more positive memories than negative. Replace those layers of the brain with super muscle.

EMPOWER THE MUSCLE THAT DETERMINES WHO YOU ARE.

Journaling goes hand in hand with the Law of Attraction. What helps me is to keep two journals; one for worries and one for gratitude.

Worry Journal:

Being a person who does have a significant amount of anxiety, writing down what I worry about helps me cope.

For example, the second I begin to worry, I write it down. Everyday, or every time it happens. Then, in the following days or weeks, I can reflect on what worried me at the time and realize that it doesn’t anymore.

Gratitude Journal:

If you write about what worries you, you should always write about what you’re thankful for. When we recognize our greatest moments of happiness, it automatically puts us into a “feel good” and “be happy” mood.

Writing Down Your Goals:

What do you want to come out of your version of Laws of Attraction? Write down weekly, monthly, or even yearly goals and ALWAYS reflect back on your accomplishments. Connect your ideas and goals to why you want this in your life. You then become one more step closer to attracting the right people, events, situations, etc.

Morning Meditation:

I cannot stress how much this can actually help you mentally. When you wake up in the morning, meditation calms the mind and prepares you for the rest of your day. Mindful practice=mindful mind.

Withdraw yourself from negativity and stress and indulge in a soft meditation for anywhere between 10-30 minutes per day.

Move Into a New Practice: Literally!

Be active and participate in something new. Release the tension with some yoga or a new exercise. You do not need to stick to a routine everyday! New experiences open a new mindset.

Be Clean and Organized.

You simply can’t accomplish much with a cluttered space. Clean your room, bathroom and all the spaces you are in regularly. A cluttered space is a cluttered mind and a cluttered mind isn’t always bad, but it should always be organized.

Envision What You Want and Make It Happen!

Read your accomplishments in the morning when you wake up, and at night before you go to sleep. Open up your subconscious and dream of yourself doing what you thought was once impossible. Remember..you CAN do this and you can bring positivity into your life.

Now, it’s time for you to go out and actually make this happen. Do not let procrastination get to you! Bring the right people and the right opportunities into your life and make do with what you can until you get what you truly deserve.
